Remote Chat Support Executive – Entry Level / No Experience

We are actively seeking Remote Chat Support Executives who are ready to assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism. Whether you’re a seasoned pro in customer service or just starting out, this role provides a fantastic platform for growth and learning.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Engaging with customers via chat and email to provide solutions, guidance, and information on our products and services.
  • Facilitate order placements, assist with website navigation, and ensure customers have a seamless and positive experience.
  • Training is provided to ensure you are well-equipped to meet the needs of our customers and uphold the brand’s reputation for excellent service.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/Background Needed:

  • Access to a reliable device capable of managing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • Independent work ethic, with a knack for following detailed instructions and a commitment to providing top-notch customer support.
  • Availability for 10+ hours per week with a stable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 – 40 hours a week

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
