Online Chat Representative – Remote / Work at Home

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, offering support and information on products or services.
  • Address and resolve any issues customers may be experiencing with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Use provided documentation and training to answer common questions and to escalate more complex issues appropriately.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functionalities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently, follow instructions closely, and maintain availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Work Schedule:

  • This role requires a commitment of 10+ hours per week, providing the flexibility to fit around other commitments.
