  • Engage with customers via live chat, providing support, answering questions, and offering solutions to enhance their experience with our platform.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour, acknowledging the importance of your contributions to our team and customers.

Requirements:

  • Access to a reliable device with the capability to use chat and social media functions (phone, tablet, laptop).
  • An independent work ethic, with the ability to adhere to guidelines and instructions effectively.
  • Availability to commit at least 5 hours per week to the role.

Weekly Hours:

  • Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week based on your availability and project needs.

Location:

  • This is a fully remote position, ideally suited for candidates based in India.
