We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Customer Service Support Clerks to join our remote team, providing top-notch service with a friendly and positive demeanor via email and chat. This role is perfect for moms looking to balance work and family life while working from home.

What you will be doing: As a Customer Service Chat Agent, you’ll assist customers by responding to their inquiries on live chat. Your responsibilities include creating and modifying orders, addressing a range of questions, and providing product or service information. You’ll mainly use pre-written responses to answer common questions, making your job straightforward and manageable.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements:

  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection.
  • Basic English writing skills to communicate effectively with customers.
  • No previous live chat experience is necessary, as we provide all the training you need.

Skills/background needed: This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are new to live chat support. We offer comprehensive training to ensure you’re prepared to provide excellent service.

Location: Remote work online (United Kingdom preferred).
