We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and assist in responding to inquiries and requests from website visitors and our diverse user base. If you have a knack for technology, are keen to learn about design tools, and are comfortable in a remote working environment, this role could be a great fit for you.

What You Will Do:

  • Interact with website visitors using online chat software, similar to WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, to address their questions and assist with their needs.
  • Provide timely, friendly, and accurate support to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Must have a device (laptop, phone, or tablet) with a reliable internet connection.
  • Basic English writing skills are essential for communicating effectively with users.

Skills/Background:

  • This position is entry-level, suitable for individuals new to live chat support. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills needed for success.
  • No previous experience in live chat support is necessary.
